Outstanding (maybe unbeatable) price on the products I needed. I wanted the Word program but clicked Windows 10 and didn't realize my oops until after downloading was complete. Contacted support who responded very quickly with instructions for downloading Word which went smoothly & quickly. I would use this company again for future buys, easy to work with & stood by their guarantee.
