When what I purchased did not work I emailed them and received the immediate response "we'll get back to you within 24 hour"; then I got another response just 12 minutes later that resolved the issue. That's impressive: I would have been happy if it happened overnight.

The support was prompt and accurate; however, the initial key provided was not functional.
