Bought 2 keys on the website because it was cheap and I needed W11 Pro keys. 1st one worked like a charm, then the 2nd one was a dud. Contacted support, talked with Lamia, and I got a replacement key that works after a few minutes of talking and showing proof. Great service, and I'll probably use it some more.

I ordered my product key, however it was in use. I had message support and they fot back to me promptly and supplied another product key that worked. Amazing customer service.

Originally received a key that was already used, but Sid from the chat service helped me get a new one within 15 minutes of reaching out to the chat service and it worked great!

They originally sold me a key that didn't work (already used), they don't reply to email but the chat feature on the website connected me super fast to an agent who gave me a fresh working key.

Bought the wrong key and the Goat Sid gave me the right key!
