They have gone downhill
They have gone downhill. Used to be a great company. Since they have gotten big and secured a lot of business they have been cutting quality. They are one of the few companies that require a license to operate any camera on an NVR you've already paid for. You buy the NVR which is 2G plus, and you pay 200 to 300 for a camera and you still have to buy a 78 license for each camera you want to record footage for on your paid for NVR. They advertise 5 year warranty. Its actually only a 3 year warranty. You pay for all shipping. These folks have become another greedy company.
