I paid the agreed amount to the creator and got charged 4 times more again by dig-it which I never approved or was told about. what a Scam!

Sizing is so wrong. Way to small and place can I find any way to return the parodic and get my money back.

Quite honestly I was very disappointed with your company. I ordered 4 designs, which cost $48. When the final total went through the cost was close to $80, because the $48 was USD. I wasn’t aware of this and if I had been aware of this I would never have purchased the designs. When I saw this I immediately messaged “Cindy” back about this she told me wasn’t aware of it either. I find it very hard to believe that she didn’t know the cost was USD. In view of the above I will not be ordering from you again.

The files that were sent had VIRUSES attached to them! Not a good thing for a company to do

The seller sent me embroidery files that looked nothing like what they sold me and only sent a few of the entire lot I was supposed to get only after I filed a PayPal dispute. Ghosted me after I made payment. Buyer beware this seller goes by several seller names Sew and Grew/Digit-it/Global Payments. They sent me invoices from 2 different companies on PayPal.

It was total confusion right from the beginning, no matter how I explained it. The person on the other end was not understanding and then when I finally got it, it wasn’t even a file that could be opened so am I impressed not at all and it cost me $28 and some cents Canadian for this
