Less than 2 months after I bought a "Men's Angle II PT Nylon Mesh ProLite Work Shoe" shoe, it already started to loosen the toe of the sole, and a few days later one of the feet is completely detaching the sole. Don't spend your money on this if you're looking for construction shoes that have quality and durability.

Only ok. The new stuff is definitely not holding up as well as the older tools. Such a shame to see the slide in quality. I guess that is just modern America.

Drie maand geleden via gereedschapcentrum.nl een dewalt accu kettingzaag gekocht. Blijkt overmatig olie te verbruiken. na 2 reparaties en 3 keer retour kreeg ik 26 jul 2022 de machine opnieuw terug met de melding dat het normaal was en de tip om na gebruik de olie af te laten. heb opnieuw klacht ingediend bij dewalt nederland. Vandaag opnieuw contact gezocht met dewalt nederland. het eindresultaat laat ik binnenkort weten.

DeWalt has come down a long way in my experience. I have new DeWalt tools and old ones and the old ones still outlast the new, it's obvious they are using cheap parts and putting savings before quality, thats no secret amoung the tradies. It's a shame. Thier 305 mitre saw burns out, the 18v sds drill parts break inside, amoung poor build quality. Yet we still are guilty of buying DeWalt when we know what they are like.

Pas 6 DeWalt DWST1-71228 TSTAK Gereedschapsbak met handvat - open aangeschaft. Deze bakken zouden makkelijk op elkaar gestapeld kunnen worden…( moeizaam ) nadat ik de vastmaak klip open trok was het al stuk (lekker dan) dat is al op de eerste dag, ik ben benieuwd hoe lang dit soort kwaliteit meegaat. Nooit meer DeWalt voor mij!!!

Voor enkele maanden mee gedaan met de 1 plus 1 actie en heb een dure kruislaser toen gekocht bij DeWalt heb daarna verschillende mailtjes gestuurd ,maar daar wordt totaal niet op gereageerd en tot op heden GEEN 1 plus 1 kruislaser ontvangen. Alles netjes geregistreerd. Is dit gewoon pech gehad of oplichterij DeWalt is toch een keurig bedrijf of heb ik het mis !!!!!!!

I bought a De Walt brushless strimmer DCM 61PBS. Instructions were totally useless and I was unable to fit the guard. Had to return. All reviews on utube criticised instructions. Probably a good machine but only if you can assemble it and get it working properly! I would not recommend.

Bought a dcv584L vacuüm cleaner, which broke down in a year of only little use. Customer service is very stuck on 'the book', as soon as something is different then normal, all help stops. We don't live in the EU anymore, and now not only do I not get guaranty, but they don't even want to help me think about how I could solve the problem. Really disappointed... Computer says no...
