Trying to return boots I purchased and so far sent 4 emails to dewalt support and no response almost 2 weeks ago. Then called and they gave me the boa americas email and they got back right away unlike dewalt, and they said this issue is with dewalt so now I have to dispute with my bank. 4 thumbs down 👎 for this company I heard Milwaukee has much better service

I bought a power washer from dewalt and it started smoking as soon I put in the battery called and they won't honor thier warranty been over 3months trying to see if even I get a apology.

Bought a new 20v leaf blower from Amazon. Only used it 5 times and it died. Was out of the 30 day return period so I couldn't return it to Amazon. Dewalt customer service is awful!! Multiple emails asking the same questions. Finally after 3 weeks they sent me a prepaid label to send it one of their service centers. That was 2 weeks ago. No acknowledgement it was received, nothing. Filled out a form online to inquire about - no response to that either. Then customer service gave me a number to call and that comes up with "call can't be completed". Very frustrated and I am done with Dewalt. Used to be a good brand. Thought I was buying something reliable. Apparently not. Manufacturing date is March of 2025 so this isn't a "2nd's" item or remanufactured item.

dewalt self propelled gas paid over 400.00 for it in march of 25 5 months old and is the biggest piece of garbage i have ever purchased its actually falling apart won't start half the time i tried to slow the self propell down so many times that thing broke cause the dam thing goes like a freight train its sitting on the street im selling it for about 100 get something back and yea i could take it back to the store how im a 70 year old widow what am i to do haul it on my back

This company is horrible in standing by there products that are covered by warranty. I have been given the run around for a couple of weeks. As to the approved warranty on my lawn mower that I am waiting for UPS to pick up

zeer slecht bedrijf als organisatie. Machines zijn prima niks mis mee zelfs uutstekend (dewalt xr), voor de rest zijn het dozenschuivers, en lopen ze jaren achter op andere grote merken kwa website design, service , onderdelen vind je niet. zo jammer want het hoort niet zo te zijn als je goede producten maakt. het lijkt ook iets amerikaans om hier geen zorg voor te dragen, milwaukee precies hetzelfde.

I’m a home owner. These batteries are shot in 4 years time from LIGHT use. DewAlt customer service could care less. Nothing but Makita for me in the future. Should have never switched….

J’ai envoyé ma perceuse DeWalt en SAV il y a plus d’un mois et demi, et aucune nouvelle depuis. J’ai relancé plusieurs fois le service client, qui me répond de manière totalement inefficace en me renvoyant vers un numéro externe… qui ne répond jamais. On parle d’une marque censée être professionnelle, mais le suivi client est inexistant, opaque, et franchement indigne d’une entreprise comme DeWalt. Aucune visibilité, aucune transparence, aucun respect du client. Quand on investit dans du matériel censé être fiable, on attend un minimum de sérieux en cas de problème. Résultat : perceuse toujours en attente, aucune estimation de délai, et je me retrouve sans outil. 👉 À fuir pour le service après-vente. Si vous avez un souci, préparez-vous à galérer.
