DeWaltReviews of dewalt.com

terrible product, a complete waste of time and cash! lights one out of every 100 tries , then goes out in 5 minutes, was also missing button's, due to water damage on the box return was refused, so far no luck finding any where other than the states that will fix it

Went through customer service gave them my model number to my air compressor they told me it was warranted, sent it in just to have them. Tell me they would not even touch it or look at it. Like what's the point of sending it? If you're not even going to look at it, just say you don't honor any warranties. And that you're treacherous snake. Much simpler. . .

Would have given DeWalt zero stars if it had been an option. Steadfastly refused to accept the strimmer that I bought from them was faulty. The second repair they did lasted less than an hour of light use. Appear happy to sell faulty goods that they don't know how to repair!

Products are great but it is impossible to register the 3 year extended warranty for my pruner. Where do you hide the serial number and product code. This is the same nightmare for every product, as the result on half of my tools are registered losing out on warranty.

So I just paid a handsome dollar for a self propelled electric DeWalt lawn mower, current model. What a joke, it chews batteries, mows terribly, both the front and rear are about 5 inches away from your starting point so that means a lot more whipper snipper time. Power is lacking compared with petrol power. It's just a joke, however they managed to put the DeWalt name on the lawn mower 9 times so you are simply operating a mobile billboard to advertise a hopeless product.

I paid for the dewalt deal and have not received my order yet £70 paid months ago and still not received my order why

Purchased a leaf blower last fall and paid 500 with taxes for it. Used it 6-7 times and now it doesn’t work. Dewalt won’t warranty if or repair it even though it’s under warranty. Now I’m stuck with a piece of plastic junk. Don’t waste your money on this company and their products. Absolute garbage.

I’ve been a dewelt customer for over 15-20 years, but I am jumping ship. They suck!!!! I do not work construction. I do home projects so this drill barely got used. I had a offbrand drill last me 7-10years. I bought a DeWalt XR brushless motor drill didn’t even last me two years and they do not stand behind their product.. TRASH!!!!!!!!! I will never buy one of your products ever again and we’ll talk shit the rest of my life about your shitty drill!!!!!’
