Hi Kevin, To clarify, we do not split shipments from our end. The reason your desk and desktop arrived separately is due to how couriers handle oversized freight. Each of our boxes is treated as a separate piece of freight, even though they are part of the same order and leave our warehouse at the same time. Unfortunately, the courier’s system routes and delivers each box as its own item, which is why they can sometimes arrive on different trucks or on different days. This is the industry standard for shipping heavy, multi-box items like a standing desk, and it’s done to ensure each package is handled safely. Kind Regards Desky

I can see that your delivery was dispatched from our warehouse on the 10th of June, and unfortunately it was delayed in transit and was delivered in full yesterday. Hi Craig, We understand how the additional shipping charges can be confusing and frustrating. Shipping costs are determined by the courier at the time of dispatch, and unfortunately, certain regions, are often classified as regional, Rural or non-metro by many couriers. This classification can lead to higher shipping fees than we anticipate, and we strive to manage these costs as best as we can. As outlined in our terms and conditions, we do request additional shipping fees when necessary to cover these unexpected costs. If you have any further questions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, Team Desky
