They must be a drop shipper as shipping took forever. That part was okay but then they bombard you with spam every day. I mean, I just bought a pair of frames, do I really want to buy another pair tomorrow.? Every day something is on sail via email

After researching a ton of different online eyewear companies, I found that Designer Frames easily had the best deals, the best selection of frames, and high-end lenses at a much lower cost than everyone else. My glasses arrived exactly within the promised timeframe. This was my very first pair of progressive lenses, and I was a bit nervous because so many people had warned me that it would take days of taking them on and off to finally adjust to them. Whatever technology they use in these lenses is amazing! I didn't need an adjustment period at all. I put them on, and they worked perfectly for me right away with zero downtime. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I will definitely be using Designer Frames again!

I just had my gucci sunglasses and it’s good! After i made the order, it was shipped to me a week after considering that i had standard shipping. Very fast and smooth transaction with them. I highly recommend this online store. Thank you.

VERY disappointed with the service. I bought a Miumiu sunglasses model MU07ZS on May 29th to take to my trip on June 11th I even paid for the next day delivery to make sure that I had the sunglasses on time. The glasses were supposed to ship on Friday, June 5th, but they didn't, so I contacted customer service to find out why the order was still being processed. Customer service informed me on Monday, June 8th, that they were waiting for the sunglasses to arrive from the factory and that, once they arrived, they would undergo a quality inspection before being shipped to me. Well, the glasses arrived today, but they sent me the WRONG model inside the box for the model I actually bought. WTF?! I still don't know if it was incompetence or if they tried to pull a fast one on me. I’ve emailed customer service again and am waiting for a reply. Either way, I won't be buying from this store again; I just hope to get this sorted out. Anyway, it was a terrible experience. Super frustrating.
