I received my glasses There is an issue with the frames I reached out to customer Service I have shipped back for them to evaluate

I loved my glasses, the frames fit my face and I've been getting do many compliments. Looking for my next pair. Great job, and I'm so satisfied.

Frames arrived in one piece and were as expected.

This is my second time ordering and I'll continue to order I love to have different types of glasses.

These people should not be allowed to have a business. I ordered a pair of RX glasses and an hour later realized I had incorrectly ordered. I called right away and sent an email immediately, then called and emailed at least 10 times. Nobody ever responded or answered phone, yet I got progress reports on order up until they shipped. I have reported to CC company with dispute and they said they would credit my account, but that hasn't happened either. The company has about 200 complaints with the BBB. I think there are more incompetent businesses now that ever before. Beware.

I am happy with my choice.
