Rick, first thank you for your business and taking time to prepare this review. After reviewing your order with Nick, we were not aware that there were any service issues and we apologize that we did not meet your expectations. Please keep in mind that you have a full one-year warranty if you have any problems with your equipment.
I had never heard of Dental Planet before but my consultant referred me to them and their prices were much lower than the leading dental equipment supply companies. I ordered a compressor, vacuum, x-ray, ultrasonic, and autoclave from them and received everything in a timely manner. Dwight, the engineer who came out to install the equipment, was very efficient and courteous. I had some issues with the compressor being too noisy and Dental Planet replaced it for me with a quieter one at their cost. I also was having issues with my suction not being strong enough in the office and we originally thought the problem with the vacuum unit itself. Dental Planet expended a lot of resources sending people out and replacing the vacuum twice with a bigger and stronger one at no cost to me. It turns out that the problem wasn't even the vacuum, but that there was a leak in one of my pipes, so I felt bad that they went out of their way to try to fix this problem for me and it wasn't even their fault! I worked with Ross to resolve all of my issues throughout the buildout and after opening, and I appreciate his excellent customer service and his persistence in trying to make sure I was happy. He was very communicative and followed up often whenever there was any issue. One hiccup that I did experience was that they were a bit on the slower end when it came to providing my architect with the equipment drawings, and this ended up holding up my build out by a few weeks, but it was during the holiday season and several people were on vacation. Overall, I would recommend Dental Planet for your equipment needs and would do business with them again.

From our entire team, we want to say thank you for choosing Dental Planet. We appreciate the time you afforded us in this detailed review. We look forward to working with you again soon.
So I found Dental Planet online. Opening a new second practice location, I wanted to do it differently than I had 20 years ago. Most notably different being in the way I spent my money for my equipment. And then I emailed Nick. Wow! I can not say enough good things about my friend Nick. From the first email, from the first call with Nick, he has not only showed a superior level of concern and desire to help me, but has become a friend. Nick has gone above and beyond in every way imaginable to make this entire process one of the easiet business ventures that I have ever been involved in. I have done multiple business startups, and I wish they all could have been with Nick as my guide and trusted advisor. And on top of all of this, the equipment I have received is top notch with an overall savings vs having used Patterson or Benco or Henry Schein, of 50%.

I found dental planet on line and called and spoke to a rep. I asked questions and he supplied answers to what type of chairs and what color to use. He looked at photographs I sent and we picked out a color. I ordered 4 patient chairs and 5 dental carts. They all looked and worked as if they were brand new. Delivery was smooth. I had them installed by a local person.,

Fantastic job of re-covering my 18 year old A-DEC chair! Looks better than new - with NO down time. Will definitely come back to you again when the rest of my chairs need updating.
