It took a little longer than expected, although all were undamaged and still enjoyable! I look forward to shopping again as needed.

Dr. Thomas, we are very sorry that your equipment was damaged during freight and we did not meet your expectations. Please know that your situation was an exception. We always aim to deliver a great experience and have worked hard to resolve all of your concerns internally and with our freight team so that our company can maintain its standards. You should now have the missing part. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this caused and hope to serve you better next time.

We have been customers for a number of years. Prices have gone up as everything else we purchase. We remember when we got bonus months for renewal. Still, we have no complaints regarding service. It saved me $1,000 once for a crown. Too bad the doctor that removed the broken tooth and installed the post for the new one wasn't in your network. I still think $2,000 for 15 minutes (not exaggerating) is a bit steep.

We believe you have us confused with your dental service provider. We are a medical and dental equipment provider - we do not perform any clinical services. We suggest you remove this review and share it with your provider.
great refurbishment did not give 5 star becasue of some small detail i asked for that was forgotten but they corrected much better than buying new and having money left over i have bought 3 chairs and a caresrteam 9000 from them overf the years would do it again in a second
