The in depth personalized care is top notch. Dr Ben goes out of his way to help me understand the human body and how trt works. The understanding of my bloodwork has been immensely helpful for me to adjust my diet to make me feel my best. The website could use some implication. But the calls are easy and helpful.

I love that they do telehealth. The calls are always on time ( unlike waiting in a waiting room) and the staff at defy are always so very courteous and helpful. I feel like I’m listened to when talking to the Dr or PA, I’m never rushed or made to feel like my issues are invalid. I highly, highly recommend this group for your endocrinology needs!
