Raw Power for every Minecraft Server with top of the line hardware is what we stand for. Never overpay for low performance hosting ever again. Performance is now.

Best hosting I’ve ever used by far, they offer excellent prices for the high quality hardware it offers. They have gone above and beyond as well by allowing me extra SSD storage for free (up to 500gbs), so they definitely deserve a 5 star review. Better then Bisecthosting, better then pebblehost, it’s 100% the one to choose.

Best company hands down. Their support team is friendly, fast, and incredibly helpful—especially through Discord where you can easily open a ticket. They offer features that some competitors charge extra for, and they genuinely help with server issues without any hassle. I really love this company, and if you’re looking for a Minecraft server or any game server, this is the one to go with.

Hi Logan, We're thrilled to hear about your experience! Thank you for choosing DedicatedMC :)
Just awful from start to finish. Endless problems. Put on the wrong server in the first place. Chased for a month and a half. Finally got moved, then there's connection problems, players constantly getting kicked. Terrible, awful, go elsewhere it's just not worth it

Hi Peter, I'd like to understand what happened here a little bit closer, and make a effort to resolve this for you. Could you reach out to us via email - [email protected], or raise a ticket in our billing portal with the subject 'Trustpilot Escalation'
The company Recently Changed management, I used DedicatedMC for 4 years. It used to be amazing, but now there are numerous issues; many of the panel functions don't work, the new support staff is incompetent, I had billing issues due to a mistake on their end, I made multiple tickets about it, nobody knew what they were doing and they were very condescending. Cancelled today and moved to another provider. Buyer be warned.

Has DedicatedMC had a past? Absolutely. But that in no way defines how they stand as a company today they’ve modernized their hardware and have completely turned this company around, I only see an even better future for DedicatedMC. My experience has been nothing but responsive support, amazing uptime. And incredibly understanding and trustworthy management. If you’re looking to take your server to the next level and start pushing those high player counts. This is the hosting choice for you.

The server management is harder than other server providers in my experience, but the dollar to performance ratio is definitely one of if not the best here, and support is always fast and concise. Overall great hosting!👍

From the day I paid until now I haven’t been able to play. They blocked my server and I have yet to be able to log on. Please fix this. Or give my money back. I’m extremely disappointed in this server

Hi Jacob, It appears that when your order was placed, there was a issue with your payment verification, which caused the order to get automatically suspended for non payment, I'm unable to locate a ticket from you reporting the issue (as the email advises, should you believe the suspension was incorrect - which it was, and we apologise for this. We reached out to you on the 22nd January to provide a further explanation for this, I can also see that you were refunded (in full) for your service on 27/11/2025 and provided with a goodwill gesture that remains in your account ready to use. If you'd like to discuss this further, please respond to your open ticket, or contact us via email - [email protected]
