The server management is harder than other server providers in my experience, but the dollar to performance ratio is definitely one of if not the best here, and support is always fast and concise. Overall great hosting!👍

Great customer support. Servers work well. Only negative is high price and lack of deal options. For example paying monthly is same as paying yearly.

You're getting what you're paying for. So it's good quality servers for a good price. Customer support is also pretty good.

The only problem is the server crashes due to a CPU issue, Ryzens aren't the greatest at running singlethreaded applications (i.e. Minecraft servers). Otherwise, great service, highly recommend.

The server quality is very high; runs quickly and smoothly (with respect to plan) + exceeded expectations It was hard to navigate the control panel, but once I figured it out, it’s extremely clean and I want to say transparent with everything that’s going on in the server. However it was pretty difficult for me to figure out how to work things out, mostly because I didn’t have any significant experience with computers and how they work, but also that there weren’t many guides (at least from what I could find) on how to manage the server (which is why it’s a 4 and not a 5)
