Raw Power for every Minecraft Server with top of the line hardware is what we stand for. Never overpay for low performance hosting ever again. Performance is now.

I may be a little bias but these guys are awesome! I started a server to help my students connect to each other during the pandemic. I am not tech savvy but these guys made it easy for me to run the server! They are always around to help if something goes wrong! If you're looking for a great server hosting site this is the one!

Very fast and helpful Support and Reliant Machines at suprisingly lower prices than usual. Support Agents should get a payraise. (ego i love you)

Made a modded server. I never done this and since english is not my native language I struggle with it if it has some big words. So I did have some problems setting it up, and people that work for these complaints are super helpfull. EGO YOU ARE THE MAN

I went through the discord and my support staff went by Jonah. He/She was very helpful and patient, as well as remarkably knowledgeable and quick in their responses.

This host may be a good choice for you if you've never run a server before, but for anything more than that, I would avoid it. While the hardware offerings were okay for their pricing (not entirely competitive, and that was my opinion before the recent price hike), anything beyond that ranged from bearable to off-putting. Most egregiously, I have never seen a team of directors+support agents who are so vehemently hostile towards their customers; any support question which reached beyond even the slightest technical boundary was immediately beyond the reach of the support agents and thrown to the directors, where it was met with extremely unprofessional snarky, borderline-insulting responses. I don't understand how a company would pride itself in making their customers uncomfortable, and I also know I wasn't alone in that sentiment. Until very recently, and since a while ago, backups were impossible to create and required us to create a workaround solution of our own, which felt like putting in more effort than was being put in from the host's side. Beyond that, the experience was "fine", the "raw power panel" is not much different from your standard Pterodactyl panel and the "dedicated" core pinning still led to CPU starvation at times. (the naming is all just marketing), but none of it was nearly enough to offset the negative experience from support.

Hi there Emil, Sorry to hear your experience with our services hasn't been up to par in your experience. After having read your review I'd like to shine some light on a few parts of it. To start, one of things we are praised for the most is our incredibly fast and in-depth Support by both our Support Agents and us Directors. Just take a scroll through our Trustpilot and you'll see nothing but loving reviews about our Support, something we are really passionate about and strive to always be the best it can be. I've asked around the team and nobody recalls any recent tickets of yours, and we've even looked back through logs. We weren't able to find any of your tickets or even tickets where you've been treated improperly by our Support Agents or Directors. You've been the first to mention any of this, and as such we aren't able to agree with your own statements; you have thus been alone in this sentiment unlike your own statement. Next to that, we've been working on our backups non-stop to improve our system, listening to feedback from our community, running tests and even talking with the Backup Solution Providers to see what is going on. For people that make frequent backups we indeed also recommend running your own backups (more backups never hurt anyone) just to be safe. We are still working on our backup system and it has already been improved on in the last few weeks. Lastly, we've looked through tickets and haven't actually received a CPU performance issue related ticket in over multiple months. The CPU performance we allocate has been proven multiple times by our own tests and all of the over 1800 servers running in production that it works properly, and doesn't have any starvation issues. If you are hitting the CPU limit, you can simply request more CPU % in a ticket to make sure your server is still running properly. None of our naming is marketing, we do full Dedicated Resources, are strictly against overselling and have tons of information to back this up (our Public status pages including our very in-depth Grafana page). If there is anything you'd still like to share with us or shine some extra light on the situation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us on either Discord or Email. Thank you. - Tehlo | Marketing Director
I recently started using DedicatedMC. The platform itself is absolutely wonderful. Never had any issues whatsoever with setting up the server. Panel is seamless, and beautiful. The support however, is on a whole other level. Having had awful experiences in the past with other providers, this was a not only a breath of fresh air, but one of the best support experiences I've had ever. Period. Thank you to the support team for doing such an incredible job - what you're doing, is soo important for me as a customer to have a really good connection with the service, regardless of how good the service itself is.

I switched over from Shockbyte because the lag was insane. When I opened a support ticket, DMC’s team were so patient with me and helpful it was crazy. They made the transition process really easy. Server runs well! Only lags when I’m doing stuff that would lag ANY server.
