No Service Department
I purchased several led mirrors in 2021. One of the mirrors started to malfunction this past year. I realize this is not a warranty item and tried to make contact with the customers service department to purchase replacement parts. I have been trying for several months but have not resolved the issue. I can not get anyone to help me. They do not respond to emails and I can't get anyone on phone. Love the mirrors but unfortunately since there is essentially no service available. Beware before you purchase from this company especially the LED mirrors.
