No communication, no product, scam company.
Zero communication, no order updates, no shipping, no product. They advertise 3-5 day shipping when placing an order, and also charge $6 for said shipping. It's been nearly a entire month and I've heard and received nothing. No response to emails. Will be disputing on my credit card. Stay away, scam company. Update: It's now been 2.5 months since placing my order, there has been zero response to any communication. Stay away from this company, they'll take your money and you won't get anything.

No product, no communication
It's been two weeks since ordering, no candle, no response to emails, no shipping confirmation. Giving it one more week than canceling thru my credit card company.

It's no wonder they don't accept PayPal
A waste of time and money, I placed my order on December 18th in hopes it gets here before Christmas, they say it usually takes 3 business days to ship orders out, even their Twitter stated to order by sunday (18th) to get it before Christmas, well that time passed and still nothing, not even a shipment confirmation email. On January 6th I wrote to their support section and only got an email stating that they got the message and will get back to me, and still no response after 4 days
