Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re really glad our decants help you avoid blind-buying expensive fragrances you may not end up liking. Sampling first is definitely the smarter (and more fun) way to explore scents, and we’re happy to make that easy and affordable for you. We appreciate your support!

Thank you for the helpful feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the selection and the speedy delivery. We appreciate your suggestion about offering the larger premium atomizer for more brands. A birthday promotion is also a great idea, and we will keep it in mind as we continue improving our offers. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts!

Thank you for the honest feedback. We are glad to hear you are happy with the authenticity of the fragrances, the safe packaging, and the extra samples. We appreciate you pointing out the differences you noticed in processing times. Some items ship faster depending on availability and order volume, but we understand the experience can feel inconsistent. We are always working to make processing times more uniform and predictable. Thank you again for your support, and we hope to make your next order even smoother.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear the fragrance arrived in a reasonable time and is working well for you. We are sorry to hear about the slight leaking and that it arrived hot. Warm weather and carrier conditions can sometimes cause temperature issues during transit.
