We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to have an issue with your delivery and feel like you're not getting the help you need, especially after reaching out through multiple channels. We take great pride in our customer service and typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, so hearing that you've been unable to reach us is particularly concerning. We looked into this and were unable to locate any emails from the email address associated with your order. It's possible your messages were sent from a different address, and we'd be happy to look into that further. We'd really appreciate the opportunity to investigate what happened with your shipment and help get this resolved. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number so we can assist you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we have the opportunity to turn this experience around.

Thank you for the lovely review Veronika! We figure choosing which fragrances to try is already enough of a challenge, so the ordering and shipping part should be easy! We're really glad everything went smoothly and your samples made it to you so quickly. Thanks again for giving us a try, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon!

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review—we really appreciate your feedback. Just to clarify, our premium atomizers are labeled, but the label is located on the inner perfume vial rather than the outer case, which isn't always obvious at first. To view it: 1. Hold the top and bottom of the atomizer. 2. Gently twist both sides in opposite directions (there's no need to force it). 3. The inner perfume vial will rise or pop out slightly. 4. Carefully pull out the vial—the fragrance name is printed directly on it. 5. To reassemble, place the vial back into the case and twist gently in the opposite direction. We understand this can be confusing, and your feedback has been helpful. We're currently working on including an instruction card with a QR code linking to a short tutorial so customers can easily find the label and use the atomizer with confidence. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention! DecantX

Thank you Robert! “Best” is a high compliment, so we’ll try not to let it get to our heads too much. We’re glad the selection, prices, and free shipping have kept you coming back. We’ll keep doing our "best" to live up to it.
