AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I placed an order on a weekend (non-business day). I entered the correct address, but received an order placed confirmation email with two digits swapped in the address. I IMMEDIATELY (within minutes of placing the order, receiving the email) emailed the company to confirm the correct address. (So, it would be there before Monday morning.) NO REPLY. 3 subsequent emails later within 72 hours to both their "orders" and "customer service" email addresses, NO REPLIES. Finally emailed to "CANCEL" order. No reply. Then received an email that the order had "SHIPPED" (to WRONG address), but it's really just that the tracking number has been entered because USPS does NOT have any info on the package yet. SO UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL. Besides, I paid extra for the "en route" insurance to make sure it was covered -- Of course -- this does NOT apply to wrong address! AVOID THIS COMPANY. NO COMMUNICATION.

I have not received my order, placed 2 months ago. I have received no replies to the emails I have sent with regard to this issue. I have received no call-backs to the telephone messages I have left - despite providing the "desired call back times" as requested. As things stand, I am out a substantial amount of money, with what appears to be no possibility of redress. Ouch.

I placed an order sept 2. It was supposedly shipped on the 4th. However to date I have nothing. Tracking number they provided stated the package was returned to sender unknown addressee. Address on the invoice is correct so not sure what they did. I have not been able to get any response from them to date by phone nor email.
