Friendly customer service and they explained to me all the various options. I originally thought debt settlement was what I needed but apparently that is different than debt consolidation. Joe was a very patient over the phone.

They quickly found me a debt program that made sense for me. No complaints at all. My credit score will take a hit, but I’m glad to have consolidated everything. Other reviewers need to understand the pros and cons of debt consolidation. For me it was definitely the right thing to do.

When I thought I contacted Debt Hunch, I immediately learned that it was not Debt Hunch but other companies that received my information from them. What a shame. If i didn't meet your criteria for something, at least let me know.

Hi Betty, we are sorry that you were unsatisfied with the debt consolidation product we offered you. The relationship between your credit rating, income and debt-to-income ratio limited your options considerably. We looked up your application and debt consolidation in the form of a personal loan was not a viable solution for your situation. So what we did was offer you the best solution for your situation, which is debt consolidation in the form of debt resolution with an extension of credit. It would allow you to quickly pay off your high interest debt while saving you thousands of dollars in interest and provide you with a much lower monthly payment.
