Ian did an excellent job in reviewing my financial situation through this company. He made me feel very comfortable and promising to get a settlement in writing and to help elevate the stress I was having paying bills. (This is all due to my husband having had a recent aneurysm & stroke in April ‘22). I would rate Ian as an AA++ representative. Thank you

Ian did a great job of explaining things clear and well, allowed for questions, and repeated a few things that helped also, plus knowing that we can contact him easily in case anything comes up such as another question and is comforting to know, not to mention a reasonable monthly payment and short payoff timeframe.

DARIUS ZEYNALI is the person that called me in order to give me information about debt hunch. I had one question about how much the debt was versus how much it would cost. He could not give me a clear answer. He just kept telling me that I needed to give him all of my information to find out if I could get 0% interest. When I asked again about what it meant Regarding how much the loan was versus how much it would cost. He stated he’d answered the question twice and it was too bad that I didn’t like his answer… I understand this company has a five star review, but with people like him working for the company I don’t understand how that’s happened. I just received a phone call from their manager, Chad, of which I am very surprised and pleased. He explained to me how that is not how they do business and he apologized for the customer service reps treatment of me. I appreciate how they do business and appreciate him getting a hold of me, I was surprised because most places would not do that. Thank you Chad, I will be contacting you to see what options I have.

Very thorough, reassuring, knowledgeable, and calming people that helped guide me in making this big decision. They were honest in letting me know that once the more challenging part was over, I will be freer and realize that I definitely had made the right and best decision for my future.
