What was great my customer care personnel and his manager surprised me by giving me time to think and go over paperwork but also even more surprising was the out of US call center that legally finalized and made me completely aware of what I was electronically signed .Best trained people who actually legitimately trying to help out of debt for their fee they charge for to get paid and help you negotiate your debt along with explaining procedures going forward.Also eventhough I was slightly short with employee and changed my mind both manager,his worker and even the finale reviewer from another country were very forward in telling me that its still up to me to get rid of my debt and that it's truly the crazy credit card company's interest which would enslave me to my debt untill 18 years from now to pay off....appreciate them and I'll see how it goes but so far so good.
