Hi Frank, upon reviewing your file we have noted a few calls to and from you and the representative you are working with. It looks like they have left you a couple of voicemails trying to follow up since then as well. We will have them reach back out today.
Came off as a complete scam , blind call with guessing information and asking leading questions to 'fill in' their info to keep you on the phone. When you ask them questions the answers are sketchy and clearly off script.

I felt rushed to sign off on the paperwork so I didn’t get to fully read the documents. I feel like I was lied to and now I am stuck a year in with a terrible credit score. I was doing way better before they called me and made an offer that was too good to be true. I should have trusted the saying….. very disappointed!

When I did this, I was assured that my creditors would be informed of my debt consolidation with Global. I contacted my advisor, and he told me to send texts with images of these threatening letters. That's not what I signed up for! I need them to stop sending me collection letters and threatening letters! Is Global a scam? Because if these creditors are not informed of Global....what good is this to me? Sounds like I'm paying my monthly payments for nothing! If these creditors keep sending correspondence after 10/15 I am stopping all payments to Global until this gets rectified! And I want written verification of this being done.

My previous review was taken down due to the site rules regarding personal information, my bad... This is a third party sales team for a litigation group. They will say whatever it takes to get you to sign up for their clients services. The representative, (Redacted due to rules), lied and misdirected me about the capabilities of their client, Franklin Legal Group. (Redacted) was so persistent in getting me to sign that he wasted over 6 hours on the phone with me, trying to convince me that they were legitimate. At every turn he had a line of BS to cover for his previous lie. When I finally got in touch with their clients customer service, I was made aware that they couldn't help me despite all of (Redacted)'s claims. These are just a group of low lifes stalking people with bad credit reports trying to get a cut of the 30% fee that their clients garnish for their services And their clients are vultures feasting on the rotting corpes that will be your credit. Just hang up, and if they call back, file harassment charges.
