You have really good deals but your website is too difficult. It goes back & forth on how to get 10% savings then loses your cart. You have to start all over again. I just gave up on the 10% savings & ordered. Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars.

I can not recommend this company or their products. The products are of poor quality. The packaging for shipping is substandard. Customer service is complicated to get speedy replies. I purchased 3 items from company. I returned one that arrived with the box open and the main metal part bent. The customer service did not want to refund my money until the piece was returned even after pictures were sent. The box was in bad shape but I taped it up and sent the piece of junk back to them. I complained and was given a partial refund until the item was received. The second item I ordered arrived with torn box and rusted assembling tools. Directions were poorly written and my Petroleum Engineer husband said return this cramp after he assembled it. I’m still waiting on customer service to communicate about the return. The third item was nicely packaged but was damaged inside. Not broken but soiled. Very strange, it appears the item was previously used? Strike 3 for me. When I see their online deals...I click delete!

Love this company truly honest and wonderful to deal with. Will continue to shop with them.
