I purchased a Diamond visions tactical cob flashlight from Deal Genius "batteries incluced", but description didn't mention that the batteries would be completely dead. The return policy is burdensome. I will keep it and replace the batteries. It is not a very well made flashlight, it's flimsy aluminum.

Returning something is an issue, so I will never buy any clothing from them again. I bought two pairs of shoes in a size 10. I normally wear a 9, but I figured I'd be on the safe size. They were way small. When I went to return them, I discovered that I would have to pay for the return so it ended up costing 1/2 the price of the shoes to return them. I will think very carefully before ordering anything ever again. **THIS IS AN UPDATE** Deal Genius made it good so I would upgrade rating to 4 stars.

I ordered a bath scale December 20, 2021. Once ordered, I received an email that I would receive the scale. It said… Today is January 11, 2022. Still have not received the scale. Select Shipping Method - Ground (4-7 Business Days) Well isn’t that funny! It has now been 21 days!

Using points gained from previous purchases is not an easy process and site does not remind buyer of that option

I was excited to get my order but I would like to send them back and get a refund due to the pockets will not hold my Galaxy 21 G5. I was very disappointed I could not use it when I went walking. Thank you, Linda

Both medium shirts, one fit like a small, the of from "Cambodia." The other fit correctly, that one from "Vietnam." Supposedly Nike shirts, my bad for not realizing there was no "shish" on the chest. Assume they are counterfeit, tho the one that does fits doesn't seem all that bad quality-wise..

Hi Shane, Thank you for purchasing our Nike T-shirts, if you would like to exchange the one that fits smaller we can certainly do that for you. The shirts that you purchased are designed for promotional purposes such as screen printing which is why the logo is not displayed on the front of the T-shirt. We look forward to helping you on this order and future purchases with Deal Genius. Thank you for your feedback! Regards, Deal Genius Customer Service Team
I placed my order on Jan. 27th to receive in 9-10 business days. Tracking stopped as of Feb 4th?! I called customer service twice. Feb 9th, the person I spoke to regarding my order was suppose to call me back after speaking with her shipping Dept. Since I didn’t receive the return phone call, I called back on Feb 10th, this person was to send me a replacement order expedited delivery. I finally received my original order today, Feb 12th. This was my first & last order from Deal Genius.
