The image quality was terrible. We ended up not using the backdrop. Need to return it!!!

The Back Drop Cloth was perfect. Great quality! The Back drop stand is horrible. It came broken and I was offered to file a claim with UPS, not worth my time. I was given a $50 Credit. I had the broken end plastic welded. The first time out the other end broke off. A spectator found the thump screw and nut zert out in front of the stage.

This latest backdrop purchase looked gorgeous. I showed a screenshot to my Samy's Camera Pro Rep and he said, "Wow! What did you have to pay for that? Must have cost a fortune!" Months ago the first back drop I ordered disappointed me and i packed it back in the bag and stuffed it away. Last week after this new one, I took it out put it up. I was so ashamed I had prematurley passed judgement on it. Once in frame it was stunning! Both work really well and have a wonderful depth of field.

Great backdrop material...I love how soft it is for my newborns. Customer service is great too. I needed it sooner then expected and they sent it faster with no additional charge! I will definitely be ordering from them again.
