I ordered a table & 2 chairs. I asked to have them shipped together. I got the chairs yesterday. The table was scheduled for today. Ups said it's delayed with no eta given. Just still on the way. I called dayalane & UPS and got no eta. Ups said they needed billing update. Dayalane said she would contact support. I'm left with 2 chairs i assembled, no table, all paid for. I am very upset.

Thank you for your feedback – and please accept our sincerest apology for the frustration you are experiencing. We completely understand your disappointment. You ordered a table and two chairs together, requested them to be shipped as a set, and now you have received only the chairs, while the table has been delayed with no clear delivery date. We have looked into your case. The table and chairs are shipped separately due to different packaging and warehouse locations – but we understand that this was not made clear to you, and we are very sorry for that. We will assign a dedicated representative to follow your case until the table is delivered. We truly appreciate your patience and hope you will give us a chance to make things right.

Ordered four dining chairs which came on time and are beautiful however one of the chairs wouldn’t fit together as supposed too so screws are hanging out. I have emailed them and they said cannnot replace the chair as out of stock so would I like my money back, I agreed thinking how nice a company it was then had email this morning saying refunded for the one chair so now I’m back to having three chairs around the table that are ok same as before I bought the new ones. Don’t get me wrong I know they are giving back for the chair but it’s not a set anymore which is what I paid for

Thank you for your honest feedback – and we truly appreciate you sharing your experience. We are very sorry that one of your four dining chairs arrived with a fitting issue, and that we were unable to send a replacement because the item was temporarily out of stock. We completely understand your frustration: you ordered a set of four, and receiving a refund for just one chair leaves you with an incomplete set. That is not the experience we wanted you to have. We made the decision to refund the faulty chair because we wanted to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, but we fully recognise that this doesn't restore the complete set you expected. For that, we sincerely apologise. Please know that we have taken note of your situation and will do our best to contact you as soon as the chairs are back in stock, should you wish to complete your set. We would also like to offer you a discount coupon for your next purchase with us – please reach out to us directly with your order number, and we will arrange that for you. We value your business and hope you will give us a chance to earn back your trust. Thank you for your understanding.
Dayalane has the best customer service! They were so responsive with questions on when items would be restocked, and even sent another set of chairs when one piece of a chair arrived damaged. The dining room chairs I purchased are beautiful, comfortable, and very easy to assemble. Shipping was also very fast! Highly recommend!
