I really thought this service had saved me, but it actually screwed me more than I've ever screwed myself doing taxes. I now have to pay $400 in late fees and penalties because Davo didn't have access to my tax account for 5 months. I'm now finding out about this a whole year later. No one called or texted me. Which is the acceptable correspondence when you have access to my bank and tax accounts. Especially when there is a problem and you are not paying my taxes on time!! I'm extremely disappointed. Very misleading to assure customers not to worry about having to pay their taxes on-time. I would've never let this happen. I even called Davo a few times in the last year to make sure everything was ok and they said "everything looks good with your account". I can't believe I trusted this company. Please do not use Davo.

Honestly this has made my life so much easier! And now that my sales taxes are filed on time it’s at may actually saving money!
