Unfortunately, I can not give more than 1 Star - Davlina is repeatedly let down through its stakeholders - notabley its courier service. I have ordered and paid for two items, which family memebrs had requested for Christmas. The items, sadly were not delivered - UPS who Davlina, uses to their detriment - did the following - A: Cliamed on their app to have delivered the items - totally false. B: UPS delivery person was observed walking through my garden and to the front door. Not with any parcel but a note, already written, claiming they had tried todeliver that morning and had been unsucessful and the item could be collected from their depot. I'm housebound due to illness and there was no way I could retrieve my order. Davlina- just refunded my money - two family members went withhout Chrstmas present. Davlina - could have the best items in the world- if the customer never recives them or there is little effort made in fulfilling the promise to the customer - whats the point of Davlina existing? For legal reasons - the above is my opinion of my experience
