Despite me paying extra for priority…
Despite me paying extra for priority delivery, I didn’t receive my items, which is very disappointing and upsetting. I was told that the items arrived 12 days after I made the order, which is not priority delivery! I’m now considering getting legal advice.

Hi Zena, We understand your disappointment and have responded to your concerns by email, including providing a copy of your shipping label. To clarify, your order was shipped using Priority Express International, the service selected at checkout. This identifies the shipping service used; it does not confirm that the package has been delivered. As you have reported that your items have not arrived, we will pursue an international inquiry with USPS to establish the shipment’s status. Although the carrier manages transit and delivery, we remain available to help investigate. We have also offered to refund your shipping charge once your order arrives as a gesture of goodwill. If it remains undelivered, we will discuss the next steps with you based on the carrier’s findings. Please check our latest email so we can continue working toward a resolution directly.
