DCL carried out a large volume conversion over many months as part of a larger system migration project. Beth and her team were always clear in their communications, responded quickly to questions, and were very reliable in getting the job done. Without DCL we would not have succeded in our project, or at least not within any reasonable timeframe. I have no hesitation in recommending DCL for any conversion work.

We have used DCL for a few back content conversion projects. I highly recommend them; they are reliable and the XML produced is accurate. Throughout our projects, DCL’s project manager responded to our questions quickly, although I found it hard to keep track of things over several months via email. I think it would be helpful if there was a way to track comments and the progress of the project other than through email.

As a publisher of awesome literature for kids we boast about flawless stories. We chose DCL and Devorah Ashlem for our publishing needs because of the incredible service they provide. Even post the uploads when our staff found minor typos or spaces (which were our own fault) they went back and uploaded our requests dozens of times. Can't recommend this company highly enough!

DCL are professional and easy to deal with, understand the briefs and respond quickly.

I have had a long association with DCL over many years and I have only good things to say regarding their professionalism, attention to detail, customer service and their communication. Always super supportive with any queries we have. Mary Jane Lopez is wonderful to deal with and always replies to emails in a timely manner and gives additional information which is so very helpful. Would highly recommend DCL.

My experience with DCL was great. This was my first time applying for NDC codes, and DCL guided me through the process and took the time to ensure I understood the process. They were very responsive to my needs, and I highly recommend DCL.

The way DCL handled the last-minute revision of our Lot-Distribution report request showed resilience, expertise, managing the criticality of the situation. If they hadn't supported us, we would've missed our submission deadline! We were able to make it only because of their immediate action taken on the request. We really appreciate your time management, immediate responses and prioritizing the tasks. A BIG THANK YOU!!!

I've been working with Data Conversion Labs & Howard & Team for over 8 years now. They not only saved my product and my company way back when we started working together but they continue to help us grow by taking over the tasks of working with the FDA. They are thorough and supportive and I KNOW when I'm working with them, they have my back and are looking out for us and our best interest. They are great, outstanding, incredible partners. I would not be here without them. Thanks so much team.
