DCL is very professional, and they have also always been courteous and helpful to me in the production of several eBooks for our indie publishing firm over several years. They do accurate and prompt eBook conversions. On our most recent title, they promptly helped us correct a few minor text errors in the production file, as a courtesy. Kudos to all on their staff! I highly recommend them.

DCL assisted my publication migrate 50 years' worth of outdated PDFs into XML for a new website on the Silverchair publishing platform. At the start of the project, there was a learning curve on both ends in understanding the scope of the work. During this time, extensive communication was vital to align expectations and meet the needs of both parties'. For the final packages, I was very impressed with the efficiency and attention to detail from the DCL team. They swiftly and frequently addressed any errors in the upload process. They took my feedback seriously, demonstrating a commitment to deliver the best product possible. I had a strict budget, and they consistently updated me on estimates. I worked with David and Devorah, both of whom were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and communicative. Since our initial project, I have worked with DCL multiple times on additional file conversion work and have continued to receive excellent deliverables and customer service.

DCL and Devorah were fabulous to work with on a recent XML conversion project. Highly efficient, helpful and friendly, working with us to find the best possible workflow and solutions. Very positive experience with great outcomes.

DCL employees really go above and beyond (specifically, Howard, Kajal, and Sergey)! We are new to this work, and they always answer our extensive questions with patience and in a timely manner. If they don't know an answer, on many occasions they have followed up and chased one down for us. They are efficient, professional, fast and just great to work with. Highly recommend them for conversion needs and really appreciate their efforts :)

I was unhappy with the previous ebook version of my book, and someone recommended I call DCL for assistance. They took my manuscript and converted it into an ePUB file in less than a week for a reasonable price. I was then able to quickly upload it to Amazon and Barnes and Noble and get it out there for sale. I was impressed with Allan and the team and would recommend them to others who need similar help. Thanks DCL.

Mary Jane and Allan at DCL Conversion Laboratory have converted several of my books to eBook format. These books contain numerous data tables that require special attention and care. DCL's communication, expertise, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and speed of delivery are excellent. Mary Jane and Allan are a joy to work with.

DCL was incredible to work with, especially Mary Jane. It was my first time converting a PDF to a reflowable EPUB and she was so knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. We will certainly be using them again!

They are GREAT people to work with. We have been working with DCL for a number of years. They are very professional and supportive throughout the product conversion process.
