The customer support at Database Mart is so fast, and they deliver assistance effectively

The support at Database Mart is really amazing and most issues have taken no more than a couple of minutes to get resolved. The servers are excellent and costing is really great.

I'm now using three VPS servers. Two personal and one for work. Zero issues, so happy to recommend Databasemart.

Jonathan on customer support was amazing and also gave me a 10% discount coupon. The RDP/VPS was setup and ready to connect to within 5 minutes flat. And performs as-well as it says it does on the tin. Thanks Jonathan, you are a credit to the company.

Very bad service. I messaged them, waited almost 4 hours, and never received any response. They are much expensive and non recomended When you get service from them and text them, they will never respond to you. They will message you when they need money. Totally a waste of time and money. Not recommended. Kindly stay away from scammers.

It's been about seven months with DBM now. This is the longest I have used one VPS host for so long, so comfortably and without issues. And even when issues arise, we communicate at any hour and they fix my issues. This is after trying AWS, Contabo, HostGator, Hostinger, IONOS, and Vultr, all between September 2023 and December 2024. This is an honest review and no incentives have been offered to me to give this feedback. I am a happy customer and would recommend them any day, any time.
