The product wasn't the right fit for me, but their after-sales service was excellent. They handled my refund request professionally and kept me informed at every step. I'd recommend them to anyone who may be interested.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. We understand your concerns regarding memory allocation, performance, and RDP disconnections. We have reviewed your case and would like to clarify that our VPS plans use dynamic memory allocation, which may explain the difference between the advertised capacity and the memory displayed. Our technical team has worked with you and made adjustments to your service. We hope these changes will provide a better experience moving forward. If you encounter any further issues, please reach out through your support ticket. Our team will be happy to assist. Thank you again for continuing to choose Database Mart.

I have been using Database Mart continuously for around six years, mainly for remote desktop work and uploading video files. Over the years, the service has generally been reliable, which is why I have continued using it for such a long time. However, I have experienced noticeable lag when using Remote Desktop, and sometimes the server feels slow during daily work. Another important issue is the upload speed to Vidmoly. Even though the server has a good network connection, uploads to Vidmoly can be very slow. In one of my tests, the upload speed was only around 892 KB/s, which is far below what I expected. I also tested another server in Dallas, where Remote Desktop performance was smoother and had much less lag, but the upload speed to Vidmoly was still limited. This may indicate a routing or peering issue between the server network and Cloudflare/Vidmoly. After six years as a customer, I hope Database Mart can improve the network routing and Remote Desktop performance. Their support has been responsive, and I appreciate their willingness to investigate these issues.

Our technical team will investigate the issue and do our best to identify the cause and help resolve it. We’d also appreciate hearing how we can further improve your experience. Thank you again for your continued trust and valuable feedback.
Very disappointing experience with Database Mart. The service has been extremely unreliable, with frequent interruptions and connectivity issues. For a VPS provider, this level of instability is simply not acceptable, especially when the server is supposed to be used for production workloads. Another major downside is the lack of a proper money-back guarantee. According to their current refund policy, once a service is activated, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable. Any refund for a significant service outage is subject to their own review and discretion. The operating system options are also seriously outdated. Their own documentation lists very old versions such as CentOS 6/7, Ubuntu 16/18, Debian 7/8/9, and OpenSUSE Leap 42. Overall, I would not recommend Database Mart for anyone looking for a reliable and up-to-date VPS environment. Frequent service interruptions, outdated OS options, and the lack of a real money-back guarantee make it difficult to justify using their services.
