Grazie mille per la tua recensione! Siamo lieti che tu sia così soddisfatto del nostro servizio. Il nostro team ti porge i suoi più cordiali saluti.
1 star — SCAM. Paid for 8GB RAM, got 4GB. Do NOT buy from Database Mart. I ordered their 8GB RAM Windows VPS, paid in full, and the server they delivered has only 4GB of RAM. Half of what I paid for. This is not a misunderstanding. The plan page clearly says 8GB. The server clearly shows 4GB. They took my money and gave me a downgraded product hoping I would not notice. This is fraud, plain and simple. If a real shop sold you a 1kg bag of rice and put 500g inside, you would call the police. This is the same thing. Avoid this provider. There are dozens of cheaper, more honest VPS hosts out there. Save your money and your time.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that seeing 4GB RAM displayed instead of the 8GB you purchased may be concerning, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Your server is correctly configured with the full 8GB RAM. The 4GB displayed in the system is due to our dynamic memory management mechanism, which starts with a small portion of your total memory and automatically scales up to the full 8GB based on application demand—without any manual intervention or downtime. This mechanism helps maintain the server’s operational efficiency and responsiveness, ensuring you can access resources whenever you need them. You have not lost any resources; the full 8GB RAM is always reserved and guaranteed for your use. We take your experience very seriously and are happy to explain this mechanism in more detail or answer any other questions you may have. Please feel free to contact our support team directly—we're here to help.
They will delete your server within 2 days of suspension in case your credit card won't go through, says so in their "TOS". Credit card blockage can happen to anyone, right? Travel, illness, whatever. Therefore industry standard is to suspend a server on a billing failure for 30 days. Only then is deletion threatened. So all the shill reviews here singing their virtues are worth nothing if all your projects and data get DELETED by the company you had previously paid 3 months in advance to host your work. That's the thanks I get, I guess. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to build an elaborate infrastructure on sand and a hostile, dismissive company attitude.

I have 2 windows server VPSs on Database Mart and it's the best decision I've made for VPS hosting: Great prices, excellent customer care and almost zero touch to setup.
