Called Data Destruction for the first time to schedule on-site shredding. Received excellent service and was immediately scheduled. The driver was equally helpful. Both were well-versed, professional, and pleasant! I am sure that this is a reflection of their leadership.

Data Destruction performs a really valuable service, and provides it exceedingly well. I have used their service twice. Their drivers are very professional, and each time they've come here they've exactly on time. If I hadn't just gotten rid of years of paper, I would certainly call them again.

Data is destroyed on site, no worries about personal information floating around some dump site. Gentleman, and he was that, arrived on time and answered all of my questions. He was finished in about a half hour, no muss, no fuss. I will definitely use Data Destruction for sensitive personal and business papers.

On time and service was efficient and effective. However, no promised paperwork was provided showing the specific i.d. numbers of the electronics that were destroyed. Very disappointing with that aspect.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly; on the day I wanted and at the time I wanted. From start to finish the process was competently handled. The tech who came to our home was polite and helpful. He carried the boxes of materials I needed to have shred to the truck. I watched the materials being shredded, which is what I had requested. I highly recommend this company. They are available to handle all your shredding needs in whatever way you wish to have it done. They also collect electronics.

We had a broken fax machine and printer in our hallway for months if not years. It looked terrible, and we didn't know what to do with them. Data Destruction came the day after I called them, and took away both machines in less than 20 minutes for an affordable and great price. I will call them again the next time another machine breaks without hesitation.
