Have had good experiences so far. Though the tech we had last time seemed like he either hated his job or isn't a very nice guy.

Very convenient and easy service, was a great help in down sizing my fathers paperwork.

I thought Jamie was responsive and did a great job. She struggled getting answers from her management. Her manager was disruptive and thoughtless of my time while she was trying to wrap up my invoice. I thought it was very rude and inconsiderate.

There was a slight glitch in the time agreed upon, however they corrected it and the young man they sent out was extremely polite and did a great job!

On time and service was efficient and effective. However, no promised paperwork was provided showing the specific i.d. numbers of the electronics that were destroyed. Very disappointing with that aspect.
