Love what I bought, use it everyday (fidget toy). Unfortunately the coating that lets the slide move easily deteriorated within days of receiving.

Think of the film coating as a consumable similar to tires on a car. They will wear out based on usage irrespective of number of days and can be easily replaced with any UHMW or PTFE tape OR taken out completely.
Great products. Not so good customer service. Also lots of hype about products but then very little information and vague information about times and product specifics. Would like to too see more friendly interactions between the company and the people that buy the product and keep this branded going.

You were sent a pre paid return label to send back the wrong item to receive the correct item which you didn't do. What was your expected level of service? To be allowed to keep a product you haven't paid for?
