These folks made a bad situation better with their very, very good communication and regular updates. The process was straightforward and very well explained. While I hope to never need their services again, I will recommend them to anyone who needs to get rid of an old vehicle.

Hi Tyler, We apologize for the confusion. There were two files opened, and the initial offer of $1k was given without seeing the photos of your car. In the end, we were able to honor that higher offer. We appreciate your business and your feedback. We learn from our mistakes, and we work hard to make sure our customers' experience improves each day. Thank you!
I have nothing but praise to damaged cars.com. They have been very fair with me. Two thumbs up !
