After reading reviews about Daisy, Silk slow delivery, poor customer service and difficult returns I was hesitant to try them. I had heard Daisy Silks were carried on Amazon where I ordered the light blue sheath dress. It fit beautifully. I decided to buy the blazer that goes with the dress. I have 2 weddings in two weeks. Unfortunately Amazon did not carry the light blue blazer. Hesitantly I purchased the blazer from Daisy silk. I nervously watched for days as the blazer had not shipped. On day 5 I wrote customer service and stated that I needed the blazer for a wedding in a couple of weeks. They responded immediately. Assured me they would get it to me on time and OMG!! I received it in a few days!! Thank you Daisy Silk you now have loyal customer in me.

My first purchase with Daisy Silk and thrilled with the silk shirt. The quality and fit is so beautifully, a real timeless piece to add to my wardrobe!

I really liked the silk mini skirt. The perfect length, excellent quality, the fabric is soft against the body. And most importantly, it goes with all my outfits. I highly recommend it!

I am so disappointed with the service of this company. I ordered a £180 worth dress (size small) from DaisySilk.Com. I was told they would get it to me before the end August. It came but unfortunately the size small was too big for me. Evidently I would have to get an extra small. Feeling guttered I wouldn’t be able to wear it to the wedding as I would have to send it back then get a replacement which would not arrive on time. I was then told to keep the dress and DaisySilk would give me 15% back of the dress so I could have the dress taken in which I was happy to do. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the 15% money back or find a tailor who was happy to rectify the size since the material is so delicate. So, after the wedding I thought I’d send it back to get a refund. In my email I had an address and telephone number to send the dress back. As it was down the road to me borehamwood I called the telephone number below to ask if I could come drop it off and collect a size 8. The Asian man at the end of the phone was so cagey and rude. I lost trust. There was no professionalism from his behalf at anytime. Who is this? He said…. What do you want? I tried to explain but he spoke over me and he didn’t know the name of his own company. I began to think who on earth have I given my money too. I tried to call a few more times but no reply. I still have this dress which I don’t want. I have no idea who to send it back to so I can either get a smaller side or my money back. Absolutely love my white silk shirt from DAISYSILK! The silk feels incredibly soft and luxurious, and the quality is beautiful. It’s such a timeless, elegant piece and so easy to style in different ways. Definitely one of those wardrobe staples I’ll wear again and again.

I tried for days to return a blouse that is lovely and good quality but too small and not the right color. I tried both the phone number and URL listed on their website without success. Finally, yesterday I got a response to an e-mail I successfully got through. Today (one day later) I received a response which included an apology and detailed explicit information on how to make my return. In summary, I find their products great but hope they will pay attention to revising the information about returns on their web page. Also of note, they in fact have no telephone customer service and should remove the phone number listed in "Returns".
