I had a good experience with organization of the shipment process. The usual manual input requires a lot of time and attention, tracking is difficult and in general requires more effort while leaving a space for mistakes. I liked the analytics and the help with the stock. The delivery however was mediocre, some items arrived in damaged boxes and some of the orders were late. I'd say it's OK for bulk orders but not personalized ones.
