PolandPassport.comReviews of polandpassport.com

The team at Polish Passport was great to deal with, knew the policies and procedures to make it easier on ourselves. They took all the uncertainties out of the application as we speak English so having the team step us through was awesome!

I would like to thank the team, and especially Adele for her calm and patience. I especially appreciated the influence that she was able to exert when one part of our application needed closer attention - she smoothed the way for a successful outcome.

Neil and Adele were easy to deal with and very responsive. I would highly recommend Poland Passport, as the level of service made my experience easy. I know have my Polish Passport!

PolandPassport was fantastic on obtaining my citizenship! It was very difficult to track down my parent's birth certificates, yet they did it! They kept me updated on the progress and when I finally got my citizenship, they gave me step-by-step instructions on how to get my passport! I'm working with them again on obtaining citizenship for my daughter. Loved working with Adele and Neil!

I had a very positive experience with Poland Passport.com. From the beginning, I was impressed by their professionalism, and attention to detail. The entire process was handled in a very organized and efficient manner Their customer service was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and clear in explaining each step of the process. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend Poland Passport.com to anyone looking for professional and reliable assistance. Their level of service and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations.

Claiming one's Polish passport is not a simple process, but Neil and Adele at PolandPassport.com guided us through it all. They were very upfront about how long it would take and gave me a very useful checklist of exactly what documents we would need. All in all, it took a little over a year to assemble everything, and then another 13 months for it to be processed by the office in Poland, but there's no way I could have done it without PolandPassport.com's help. I am so grateful for their assistance, and their very reasonable cost.

Excellent service! Delivered as promised and kept updated through process

I had a great experience working with the team at Poland Passport. The initial consultation was informative to better understand expectations, timelines and costs involved. Throughout the process they kept me informed on the status of my application, and after I received my citizenship they guided me through nuanced details of engaging with my local consulate as each consulate (in the US) operates slightly differently. All in all, I'm glad I worked with this team and recommend them to others also seeking their Polish citizenship!
