After reading all the reviews I was shocked. I thought I wasn't going to get my package but every thing went well, Clayton from customer care helped me a lot, she helped me re-direct my package as it was delivering, it delivered to the correct house with no issues.

Ordered from overseas. WWE merch. In Sept on the 21st. Postage saying 4-10day international. But I know things take a little longer. On the DAI tracking it says waiting for final Carrier delivery. Been in Eagle farm Brisbane since the 4th October. It’s now the 17th. And no other updates. They were terrible last year when I ordered something too.

I gave one star because I can't leave a review with 0 stars. Parcel tracking says delivered but I have not recieved it. Online form completed, response says resolved. Will not commicate what the resolution is!

I am caught up in the blame game - seller says they supplied both parcels to DaiPost. DiaPost says they only received one parcel from the seller and delivered all that was provided - so who is to blame? Don't count on eBay - their guarantee is worthless.

Parcel bought and sent via Ebay USA via DHL and handed over to DAI Post in NZ with new tracking number - hard to find them, poor comms and no follow-up Reviews given on google searches are all bad as suspected. Ebay refunded the Costs. Now i have to contact seller again to re purchase and see if they have another service to by pass these FWs. Don't know how DHL can use them however i will make my feelings known & felt directly with them so these morons go out of Business. Should no be aloud to operate in NZ

Absolutely horrible postage service. Not only was my package cut/damaged in more than one place, but the contents which were clothing was cut and damaged too. The only thing Dai Post did was a sorry email AFTER asking if there were CCTV of the delivery to prove it was damaged when delivered. Horrible service.

Phone ordered online from US. 8 weeks later not arrived, always stuck at a "HUB" only moves to next hub after registering complaints.
