DAI PostReviews of daipost.com

These guys are contracted with DHL as well for local deliveries. “Attempted” delivery but my 3 cameras facing front doors and driveway didnt see anyone try to make a delivery attempt. My guess is that they are contracted by DHL to deliver by certain date and if they dont make it, they just mark as attempted delivery.

Should be zero. My parcel from the UK should have been delivered before Christmas. I have just found out that it is lost. My customer service contact was helpful , however, when I asked about compensation I was told that they are uninsured so I cannot have anything!! Unbelievable, how are they allowed to trade. Do not use, be warned!

The person (Erika) who answered my query & indeed found my parcel and got it delivered was excellent. The wait from when the parcel arrived in Australia to my receiving was not. I imagine the customer facing service staff get this complaint a lot.

I had an initially bad experience as the post service was not ringing my intercom several times they were trying to deliver, and just marked my package as not safe to leave on the stairs. Why did they never ring, I was at home waiting every day?? Very disappointed and frustrated about this incompetency! After a lot of work I got hold of tracking (as I only had access to DHL who forwarded it to DAI) and contacted their customer support and JAY was very helpful and effective and I got my package even the same day! Thank you for helping!

I had a parcel which required additional custom clearance and duty payment. It was with the help of the Consumer Care Representative Jenny at Daipost that I was able to stay up to date with the progress. It took over 2 months for my parcel to be cleared, but during all that time, Jenny kept me in the loop. Thanks so much to you Jenny for all your help :)

An important international package was sorted to the wrong location in Australia and falsely marked as delivered by the final mile courier. I reported this to Dai Post and the case was assigned to Erika Dapar. She was able to handle the matter quickly and efficiently with great confidence and regular updates. She was able to locate the package, have it returned to the Dai Post warehouse and quickly reshipped to my correct address. This was great customer service to recover from a stressful situation!

Quite Satisfied with the response to my inquiries from Stephanie. I’m sure she was doing her best in the circumstances. As far as the time it took for this package to be delivered once it had cleared customs in Melbourne on 21/1 and then was handed to DAI was completely ridiculous and incompetent. 17 days for DAI to complete delivery. Unbelievable. DAI need to do a lot better than that.

I’d give 0 stars if I could this company and its customer service is utter garbage, the lengths you need to go to try get a postage re directed not to mention a separate package that they delivered to the completely wrong address and never got proof of where it was delivered. Called to try track the package asked for proof of delivery they said they would get back to me and never did, I only found my packages as I have a honest neighbour thankfully! Avoid this trash company if you can, it’s crap some companies use these guys. Absolutely rubbish
