I specifically asked if it was mailed from china. Told me no. BUT tracking number was from china. I asked them about it. Said they were out in warehouse in IL and had to mail it from china. Knew then it wasn't going to be legit. Product came- wasn't for me.Contacted them to return it. Got the rhetoric you get when from china."Oh yes we will accept return but so very expensive , you pay to ship. We will give you 30% back. Keep belt". So they still scam you out of 70% of your money for a crap item. After They offered me only 30%percent back after not telling me it was mailed from china I contacted paypal and started a dispute. Right after I did that they contacted me and offered me 50% percent back. Now remember I had contacted them over and over again about the order. I let paypal solve the dispute. They refunded my money. 3/26/23 paypal resolved this case. They gave me a refund. There is no more to say. Funny how Dainely wants to resolve things only after I started a fraud claim against them. 4/1/23 Funny how they keep writing on trustpilot that they want me to contact them to make it right. They didn't care before paypal reversed the sale

After a few weeks, the Velcro on the belt becomes worn so the belt doesn’t fasten correctly and keeps springing back. This starts as an irritation but then the belt becomes unwearable and useless.

Great that a quick response was initiated upon learning that no confirmation or tracking was shared to me as a customer. I had no idea if this company was legit when i placed my order because no response whatsoever until inquiry was established. I received the item after 2 weeks!!

Good advertising and reviews promted me to order.From dispatch to receiving under a week. Excellent Also I managedto order 2 instead of 1 too.late to cancel but they refunded 50% of the other belt and not many companies would do that !Now my husband and I have a belt each and they really work no.more back ache ,Thank-you

Read the negative reviews! Imagine a customer motivated enough by a poor experience to share their experience with a third party. Emma feigns help, but does not follow-through. Here are the details of of my order in a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau: Order # 29972 Belt for sciatica. $39.95 charged to my credit card. Order placed on 2/19/2023 and received order confirmation. Customer service Agent: Emma 2/23/2023 I sent the company an email requesting a tracking number. 2/24/2023 received and email "Missing information on your order" suggesting order was not complete due to lack of telephone number. This is incorrect. I did provide a telephone number. I replied with phone numer and instructions, "If unable to provide tracking number within 48 hours, please cancel my order. 2/26/2023 Email received from Dainely, "We will contact our warehouse to have order shipped ASAP." 2/27/2023 I sent an email to Dainely requesting a cancellation of my order and a credit to my card. 2/27/2023 I received an email from Dainely with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Link with tracking number gives error message. 3/1/2023 I send Dainely a message that their link to the tracking information gives error message an no tracking information. I request location of package, origin, and estimated arrival date. 3/5/2023 email from Dainely "Sorry there is no information available on your order. We will contact our warehouse manager ASAP" None of my questions answered. 3/6/2023 I send another email to Emma requesting a cancellation of my order. No response to date. I have experienced nothing but stalling, excuses, and non-transparency from this company. Tracking information shows the package being stuck in China since 2/27/2023. Takesend Tracking number 359282947962 I simply want my money back and to warn other customers about the dubious practices of this company. This product is neither made in America nor is it shipped from America.

Been waiting two months for my order, received nothing. Contacted support many times, still no resolution. All very friendly but in the end my money is gone and I received nothing.
