Be very careful if you purchase anything from this company outside of America, I purchased an item from them from a .co.uk webpage & paid in sterling, It took 2 weeks to arrive which was i expecting as i purchased it over the Christmas period so i knew there would be a backlog of orders & deliveries, When the item arrived it was faulty so i emailed them the same day it arrived, After a couple of weeks of emailing them & getting no reply i contacted Paypal as the item was paid through them, Paypal started a claim with the company & after a few more emails back & forth with Paypal i got an email from Dainley's asking for a picture of the fault & then a video which i sent, After several more days i got an email from them asking if i wanted to keep the item for a 30% refund but as it was faulty there was no point & i emailed them this, I then got another email asking if i wanted a 50% refund to keep the item & i again i reply no, I then received an email asking me to send the item to America which i refused to do as it was going to cost almost as much as the item was worth & as i bought it from a UK website & paid in Sterling i would only send it to a UK based address, I got a reply from them saying their returns policy states its the buyers responsibility to pay for the return postage which would be fine if i was sending it to a UK address but as they know the postage to return an item if you are outside America is going to cost you almost as much as the items they sell so if you get a faulty item I'm assuming they hope you will just write it off & let them keep your money & you can keep the faulty piece of rubbish they sent you, To say i believe this companies sales & returns tactics are totally underhanded is an understatement as there is nothing in any of the stages of paying for this item did it state the item will be dispatched from America, As far as i was concerned this was a UK company suppling items from within the UK, I have now contacted my credit card company to get my payment back as Paypal are only sending me the normal cut & paste emails about how the seller has sent me a returns address & to put the item in the post by such & such a date blah blah blah. The amount i would lose if i let this go isn't a big deal but its the principle of selling faulty items in one country then expecting you to send it to a country half way around the world when they know most people wont......

The back belt is a great product, I cannot undermine it. I've been suffering from a back pain for years and did everything I could, but couldn't get well. I've started using the DAINLEY belt and the results are impressive. I feel better each day. I would recommend same to anyone suffering from a similar problem.
