I had a good experience with Cysterwigs. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact my order was somehow lost in the process and after 8 days I had to call and ask what was happening. After that it came to me in the next couple days. The wig was exactly expected in color and curl.

This is only place I get wigs. Excellent prices and fantastic service. Large range of styles and products and those excellent reviews which give a great sense of what you are getting.

All my experiences with Heathers staff has been exceptional. Obviously, excellent training!

Cysterwigs is amazing, my sisters were both wearing wigs and told me to check out this site for my depression with my thinning hair at only 36 years of age. I was really feeling down and wigs have given me alot more confidence in my day to day life. The customer service at Cysterwigs is amazing, I ordered from some other wig companies such as Best Wig Outlet and their customer service is really rude. You have to contact them by email within 7 days of receiving your package to get an RMA number for returns and if you're past 7 days you're stuck with the wig no matter how much you don't like it. I was very disappointed, Cysterwigs.com was so helpful even when I needed to return something from wigcloseouts.com This is the best place to buy wigs and you can tell customer service really cares about repeat business and taking care of the customer which is so important as I work in customer service as well.

I have lost count of the number of wigs I have ordered from here. I guess that says everything.

Received the 2 wigs, I ordered on quickly and both where great. They exactly what I wanted at a good price. Was going to order 3, but the 3rd wig was sold out... I personally do not like waitlist. If I am wanting a certain item, not waiting till it comes back in stock. Especially when you do not know when that might be. I had a very good experience with this small company. Will order more wigs from cysterwigs.

Cysterwigs is a great company. It has a small hometown shop feel. I love Heather’s adorable and helpful videos. I’m new to wearing wigs. I’ve only ordered, two. I adored “Amal” in the Silverstone. It fit perfectly and is the same color as my bio hair. I tried a Noriko “Sky” wig in Sandy Silver that just wasn’t me. It was too small and too brown for me. It was a beautiful wig. It just didn’t suit me. I had to return it. This is a great company. I’ll do business with them again and again.
